    thank u so much for this tutorial. my wife was planning planting tomatoes. she liked this video and so did i. the plants are so tall, ours are so small.

    Is there any reason why you need to prun them ?

    Glad you liked video. The reason you prune tomatoes is the tomatoes will be a lot larger in size. We prune down to to two or three stalkes beginning by leaving the first sucker below the the first bloom cluster.

    You were talking about saving money in this economy yes yes we sure need to.I have grown all my tomatoes and eggplants and peppers from see since 2010 and this year they are about ready to set out.tomatoes the size you planted I see at Lowes and walmart about 5bucks each.Thanks paul
