2-13-11 Planting Potatoes
I am trying Yukon Gold potatoes! I need to be careful not to water these too much or they’ll rot. Also, I tried to be careful to make sure my soil was amended well down (I have clay soil) for best drainage.

Planting some broad beans in a raised bed. When using raised beds or planting in small spaces raising plants from seeds in small pots is an ideal way of doing it. You can then share a packet of seeds with neighbours. Braod beans may need ot be staked with a cane at either end of a row with string between.
